Anderson University recently issued the following announcement.

Were: Academics Faculty-Staff Public Nicholson Library

Join us for a lecture and book signing in Nicholson Library with Dr. Brian Dirck for his new book entitled, The Black Heavens: Abraham Lincoln and Death.

There will be copies of the book for sale that Dr. Dirck will be happy to sign, and a lecture on an overview of the book's contents with particular attention on how Lincoln reacted to the battlefield dead during the war.
