Rogers Academy of Hair Design, Rudae's School of Beauty Culture-Kokomo and Tricoci University of Beauty Culture-Indianapolis have the best 'on time' graduation rates among two-year schools in Indiana, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of federal data.
The analysis includes the on-time graduation rates of students who began in 2013 at all two-year schools reported to the U.S. Department of Education.
